McKinney Solar Work Built Around Safety

We put in, fix and clean solar systems for homeowners. Each job is planned so you, your family and our crew stay safe while it's underway. That guides how we work on the roof, how we handle the wiring and the condition we leave your home in when the day is done.

How We Approach Solar Work

Solar is electrical work done on a roof, outdoors, often in the heat. Panels make voltage any time light hits them, even when the inverter is switched off. We start every job from that fact. Before anyone touches a panel, connector or combiner box, we know how the system shuts down and we confirm it is de-energized.

On the roof, our crew works tied off to anchors, with ladders secured and tools on tethers so nothing drops toward the yard below. We keep the area under the work clear and marked, and we'll ask you to keep kids and pets away from it while we're up there. North Texas summers can turn a shingle roof dangerously hot by early afternoon, so we start early, take real breaks and stay off the roof when wind or storms move in. A job that runs an extra day is better than a rushed one.

Safety also means what stays behind after we leave. We use clean wire runs, labeled disconnects and properly sealed roof attachments. We pull the permit, have the work inspected and coordinate with your utility before the system turns on. Then we walk you through how to shut it off, where the rapid shutdown switch is and what each label means, so you're never guessing.

What You Can Expect From Us

  1. 01

A careful look before any recommendation

We check roof condition, attic access and your electrical panel before we suggest a system. If your roof needs attention before panels go on, we tell you plainly so you can have it handled first.

  2. 02

    Written estimates, line by line

Equipment, labor, permits and any electrical upgrades are listed separately. You'll see what moves the price and can ask about any line before you decide.

  3. 03

    Straight answers on repairs

When something stops working, we show you photos of what we found, whether that's a scorched connector, a failed optimizer or a cracked panel. Then we explain whether a repair makes sense or a replacement is the better call.

  4. 04

    Your property treated with care

We protect walkways and landscaping, keep ladders and equipment out of your way, and pick up wire clippings and packaging before we go. We also sweep the driveway with a magnet for stray screws.
